Half German and Malaysian, Inez is a cultural interpreter. For the past 10 years she has dedicated herself to unveiling the essences of Japan, and translating the nuances of its culture to the world. With studies in neuroscience, as well as a professionally trained traditional Japanese patisserie chef, her interests and scope of work vary from live translations, project management, to humbly serving in a restaurant.
